Lindsay Nelson, MPA
Lindsay Nelson, MPA, is a distinguished Expert in Trauma-Informed Care, recognized as an International Activist, Coach, and Trainer. Specializing in Sexual and Reproductive Rights, with focuses on Abortion and Egg Freezing, Lindsay has been a vocal advocate for trauma-informed care across diverse settings.
Her advocacy extends from fertility and OB/GYN clinics domestically and internationally to engaging with prosecutors and Corrections Offices. Lindsay's reach spans from the streets in Thailand to significant platforms like the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Netherlands.
Armed with a robust education in Human Services and Public Administration, Lindsay seamlessly integrates decades of public service and personal experiences, including instances of rape, domestic violence, and medical retraumatizations. In response to these challenges, she founded Repro Empowerment Services, driven by a mission to transform the culture of Trauma-Informed Care within healthcare settings.

Leslie has 20 years of professional dance experience, where she has cultivated a broad capacity for kinesthetic awareness.
Yoga, gyrotonics, pilates, feldenkreis, mediations, are tools that Leslie has learned throughout her dancing career.
In addition to her studies and work, she has experimented with different types of somatic trauma-informed therapies and methods, which have led her to become her most authentic self today, and therefore a recognized provider to others in the field of healing the brain, body, and mind. She is training in Body Mind Centering, to support babies in their physiological and emotional developmental patterns, and to help future parents to guide their infants in a more embodied approach.
